Let Jana guide you into the North Sea in a calm and supported way. Yes it is cold but you have the strength and stamina and you won’t be disappointed with the buzz and vitality you will be rewarded with. You'll practice some breath work before we enter the sea, calming your nervous system so that you feel relaxed as you take your dip. You will be encouraged and supported throughout the process and leave the sea feeling revitalised. This is brilliant for your immune system and bringing down any inflammation in the body system and give you the best natural high.
